Healing and antiseptic properties: Rosemary is effective in healing minor wounds and skin irritations. For topical use, it acts as a peripheral vasodilator and skin stimulant, ideal for massages and treatments against muscle fatigue and pain.
-
Benefits for oily hair: Thanks to its purifying action, rosemary helps regulate sebum production, making it an ideal ingredient for those with oily hair. It is often combined with other herbs such as Arnica, Nettle, and Ginseng to enhance its effectiveness.
Cognitive effects and mood:
Recent studies have shown that rosemary essential oil can improve memory and cognitive functions, although it may slightly slow down reaction time. Furthermore, it has a positive effect on mood, making it an optimal choice for those looking to reduce stress and improve concentration.
Use in cosmetics and trichology:
Rosemary is a valuable ingredient in beauty treatments. It is used to tone the skin, combat odors, stimulate the scalp, and purify the skin. In hair products, it is particularly indicated for strengthening fragile hair and counteracting excess sebum.
